It’s the middle of March and Spring Break is beginning. That means that Summer is just around the corner. You don’t want to be caught with the same boring pair of sunglasses you had last year, so Knockaround has come to the rescue.
Knockaround sunglasses was founded in 2005 by Adam “Ace” Moyer (Hence the term Ace on Base). Ace had moved from the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. to San Diego CA, with dreams of making it big as an artist. With all that Southern Cali sunshine, his art would become his shades.
The new Fort Knocks sunglasses are inspired by the United States Bullion Depository in Fort Knox, Kentucky. They feature gold bar detailing, articulating spring hinges, and raised Knockaround logo.
For $25.00 a pair, it’s a damn good steal. They come in all the colors you see in the above image, and you can shop online. If you are not into the Fort Knocks, they also have a Premium Line going for $14.00, and the Originals going for $7.00.
