I’m not sure if all you Reverbnation members check your email, but just a moment ago I received an Opportunity Notice email from the Reverb staff.
It was an official invitation to submit for a chance to be booked at college venues across the US by joining the IC Artist Agency College Booking Roster.
The IC Artist Agency is a company out of Nashville that brings music and entertainment acts to colleges and universities across the country. They are currently seeking bands, solo artists and comedians in all genres to add to their roster, and they have reserved a minimum 2 slots for Reverb artists.
According to the email, IC Artist Agency “prefers submissions in the form of the ReverbNation RPK because it gives them the most information about the bands submitting”.
So, you will need to be a member of Reverbnation to get the Reverb Press Kit. The submission fee is $6, but I’m guessing that because the RPK is $5.95, it’s all the same.
The submissions will be closed on December 1, 2010, and artists will be notified by December 31, 2010. Seems like a huge amount of heads up, so get on it!
