We have been covering Nipsey Hussle on the site as of recently because he is really on the come up, and making some major moves.
What is more impressive is that he is not yet a household name, and is landing some deals that household artists can’t even get.
Pony Shoes, who we have covered before, has been building this relationship with Nipsey and now it has been taken to the next level with the release of the Crenshaw sneaker.
As you can see, the sneaker is a Top Star Low model that sports a blue suede upper and yellow leather on the ankle and heel.
Additionally, the shoe has Nipsey’s name on the back, and has his hometown of Crenshaw stitched into the tounge. It is also on the inside sole of the sneaker.
To celebrate the release, Nipsey and Pony are throwing down with live performances at Jet Nightclub in the Mirage, in Vegas, on Friday the 16th.
I really like the shoes but there is one thing that kind of bothers me. The “n” in Crenshaw on the tounge looks more like an “r” to me.
Other than that, I want to congratulate Nipsey on the shoe and wish him and the Pony team much success.
