We’ve made a few changes to our Mixtape Submission process to make the process easier then ever. First things you have to understand is not every mixtape will be featured. That’s just the facts of life. Although the reasons may vary, don’t allow not being featured to discourage you from submitting your material in the future.
There’s nothing like downloading a whole mixtape just to find out it sucks. I’m sure that feeling is mutual. To help eliminate wasting time downloading bulky mixtapes you later end up deleting due to the product sucking, we have put in place a new system that helps the viewers stream before downloading. This system is better for all parties. To ensure your mixtape submission process goes as smooth as possible, follow these easy steps:
- Upload your mixtape to SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or Datpiff (Livemixtapes players are not supported by our Platform).
- Ensure all background information on the artist is included in the email. (Do not send Bios or Press kits). Insert the information as follows:
- Where the artists is from or claims,
- Previous projects, and up coming projects and shows.
- Name guest features and credit producers.
- Link to all social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, ReverbNation etc.
- A brief statement from the artist about the project.

This Mixtape tells the stories of people i know or people i’ve known my whole life they’ve come up to me asking me for advice when times were hard and i could never relate or really say anything to help so i came up with the idea to do this this tape is like an ode to the people i could never help while telling their stories through the eyes of a stranger i hope yall enjoy it and i hope to make the site !
