Skewln.com Interview Request [Must Read]

Here on Skewln we love to chop it up with the featured artists. Skewln.com’s Outside the Booth is not your average typical interview platform. The platform is more of a conversational setting. The whole purpose of the interview is to connect with the fans along with adding new fans to your fan base.

The show is not called Outside the Booth for nothing. We will cover things inside and outside the booth, music along with life in general, more so current events etc. Our objective is to close the gap between the artist and fans. We like to get to know the real you.

We encourage every artist who comes on the show to kick back, have fun, and enjoy themselves. It is a complete waste of time to do a staged interview, that’s why we only do authentic interviews.

If your music is on our site we obviously support your hustle. This is not CNN or Fox News, there’s no “Gotcha Questions” here. That’s why we will not stage an interview and send you the questions in advance. That type of setup is completely phony, but we will indeed send over topics we would like to cover and vice versa. Who wants to hear a rehearsed interview anyway …?

To request an interview please follow these simple instructions:

  • Ensure all background information on the artist is included in the email. (Do not send Bios and Press kits). Insert the information as follows:
  1. Stage Name
  2. Where the artists is from or claims,
  3. Previous projects, up coming projects, and up coming shows.
  4. Link to all social media site such as Facebook, Twitter, ReverbNation etc.

Important note: Completion of this request form does not ensure an interview. Every request will be reviewed, but not every request will be accepted.

    Mike Real-
I’m contacting you on behalf of Chicago artist Pavy who’s video “Put Me In Ya Club” was featured on the front page of of SkewIn. We liked the interviews you did with Lerix and Dreama and we were interested in setting up an interview with Pavy for the site. If you have any questions or need any additional information with regards to Pavy feel free to contact me via email or phone. Thanks for your time.
