Chad Johnson finds himself in a dark place, but clearly he brought this whole thing on himself. I don’t even know where to begin with this epic debacle. Chad Johnson over the years has been a media thirsty individual with out question, but it’s been a harmless side show in the world of entertainment which includes sports.
News broke this past weekend that both Chad and his newly wife Evelyn were involved in a domestic dispute. Now, I’m not going to sit here and take sides in that fight, because I wasn’t there. What we do know is that this altercation resulted in Chad losing his job with the Dolphins, and as of yesterday, his marriage as well. TMZ reported that Evelyn Lozada file for divorce yesterday, seeking to end their marriage of only 41 days. That in itself is disgraceful, but I’ll deal with that another day.
It’s no secret this situation is a mess for Chad Johnson, but this whole saga is without question his fault. Chad Johnson should and needs to take full responsibility for aligning himself with a multitude of foolish and ridiculous acts. Chad is guilty of thinking with his head, and I’m not talking about the one on his shoulders.
Evelyn Lozada is no stranger to drama. She is well known for her role on Basketball Wives. The funny thing is hardly anybody on the show is an actual “Basketball Wife.” It’s more of a show of “has beens,” more so, the show should be called Basketball Hood Rats,” because the show has very few females that actually conduct themselves with class. Evelyn can be seen episode after episode in repeated physical & verbal confrontations. I’m talking about throwing bottles, jumping on tables, verbal assaults with her foul mouth, etc. It seems like the production crew always has to hold her back.
Now, any sane man in his right mind wouldn’t want anything to do with a female like her. Don’t get it twisted; she is fine, but c’mon. It’s way too much drama on the surface let alone underneath the surface. For some strange reason Chad saw all her “dysfunctionality,” and said “I got to have her.” Really?!?!?!
As I stated she is fine, but wife material??? Are you serious? Here’s the said part: Chad has now lost his job, he’s lost his new reality TV show, and the marriage is reportedly over as well. All these things have occurred, because of his involvement with her. Oh, but it gets much worse…
You see; things are bad for Chad right now, oh yes, but things are about to get real good for her. The loud & dysfunctional “has been” is now a “victim.” That is how things work in America, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she receives a book deal from this, and maybe a spin off show of her own, but most importantly he’s made her more popular. Popularity pays the bills, do I need to bring up Kim Kardashian…
He can only blame himself, because you can’t turn a rat into a housewife …
